Overview:

Developed by Giritirtha Associates, Solasta is a residential real estate project located in Ravet, Pune. Built around the concept of a warm, vibrant community, it envisions a lifestyle that is richer and brighter-much like a radiant star. The project celebrates individuality, referring to its residents as “SolaSTARs,” and fosters a close-knit environment where families grow, stories unfold, and every person can truly shine.

Objective:

The goal was to build a comprehensive branding and advertising ecosystem from the ground up that captures the aspiration, warmth, and community spirit of Solasta. The project required a consistent, engaging brand presence across both physical and digital touchpoints to resonate with potential homebuyers and establish a strong market presence.

Our Contribution:

  1. Brand Identity & Narrative:
  2. Developed the core visual identity and brand messaging centered around the “SolaSTAR” concept, reflecting themes of connection, belonging, and personal brilliance.

  3. Print & Editorial Design:
  4. Designed high-quality print materials, including detailed project brochures, that beautifully showcase the thoughtfully designed spaces and the vibrant community lifestyle.

  5. Outdoor Advertising:
  6. Created high-impact outdoor communication, including billboards and hoardings, to capture attention, generate local awareness, and drive footfall to the property.

  7. Digital & Social Communication:
  8. Crafted an engaging social media strategy and visual assets to build the brand’s narrative online, connecting emotionally with the target audience.

  9. Collaterals & Merchandise:
  10. Extended the brand experience into tangible items by designing custom merchandise and overarching brand collaterals, ensuring a cohesive and memorable journey for prospective buyers.

Outcome:

The resulting brand ecosystem successfully positions Solasta as more than just a residential building – it stands out as a vibrant, aspirational community.
